MAKING FOR THE MOON 2021

On February 6th 2021, Spacebit revealed their mission for the Hackathon "Make For The Moon". Their "Asagumo" is a spider inspired robot that will perform research on the moon in 2021-2022. Our mission, that we chose to accept, was to design a deployment system that would allow Asagumo to land safely from the lander onto the surface of the moon.

Our system was designed keeping in my different constraints, such as temperature on the moon, mass, power, and re-usability.
